Indian Railways advised to use FOSS

Indian Railways is advised to use the free and Open Source software like Openoffice Suite for official use on PC's and Laptops. The letter says that ".. as far as possible the use of Free software / freewares/ opensource software should be encouraged".  Click here to read the circular.
